I have a confession: I love ice cream. I love it so much I insisted a few years ago that I needed a second ice cream maker. (Yes, a second one!). Food52s ice cream is feeding my ice cream needs without even having to churn ice cream (say what?!). The recipes are unique and idea on classics that are loaded with great techniques. I am excited to try balsamic butterscotch and chocolate tacos. This might make me the coolest mom ever! As with all Food52 publications the writing, techniques, and food styling are impeccable. I love that this book feels like my coolest friend shared her best recipes for ice creams and sprinkles with me. I love it and you will, too!
