31 Proverbs

Earlier this year I read “31 Verses To Wrote On Your Heart” by Liz Curtis Higgs. I love the way she writes and makes studying and learning the Bible more approachable. I grew up as a cradle Catholic and not taking the time to really learn scripture. Reading this book helps me focus on finding meaning in each word and spend quality time with scripture. I hope Liz Curtis Higgins keeps these books coming!

Around the time my husband went through RCIA I started to focus more on my faith and along with that came following a slew of famous Catholics on social media and the internet. Bishop Robert Barron is one of my favorites. Everything he writes seems to relate to my life and give me insight right when I need it. Bishop Barron’s approachable style makes him a Catholic that appeals to non-Catholics. I love being Catholic, but often have trouble explaining Catholicism to non-Catholics. Bishop Barron is able to explain things in a way that makes it relatable and relevant. Love this book!
